i'm thinking of painting my wheels but whats best should i just spray em or rub em all down first i think Ed did hi wellers!? anyone?

Shot blast my friend, I know a guy, that knows a guy who did some time, that knows a guy that knows me, who knows a guy that shot blasted Sheree's sub-frame cost still but the finish was brill and not to expensive.

It depends on the state of ... and the lacquer on the wheel I'd say about £10 a wheel MAX! plus I think it looks better than the spray and it won't chip or flake.
But paint is good if you take your time and get a nice thick even layer on.

ooooo thats cheap...... i sprayed my gemini's.
cleaned em up with meths and petrol, then primed them with zinc primer, then sprayed em with the cream top coat, however, mine were bare alloy when i got them, yours will have laquer etc on, so scotts mate is prob the best bet.
