Ok, I've been meaning to do this since I bought the boot plans last year Went and got the wood today and decided I'd just make a board rather than a liner.... glad I did now! So... here goes.... My Messy Boot Board cut to size but fouled on the air horn compressor  Managed to get the board in and it look ace... put the spare wheel in and the boot wouldn't shut.... so.... change of plan! After lots of faffing about, cutting holes for shock absorbers, washer bottles and fuel tank brackets ( ) I've managed to get something that looks alright... just need to cover it now... And I'm NEVER doing another one! ;D

looks good, cover it though, or it does just look like youve put a piece of MDF in your boot.

Well.. you see I've got airhorns and the compressor is in the wheel well as it's the only place to keep it so it doesn't get damaged. That means the spare wheel is on top of the battery so boot liners don't fit I've covered it now so it doesn't look as crap as that anymore... just a little bit! lol Ryan ;D

Hope it doesn't get wet. MDF soaks up water like a rich tea bicuit. Did you fix your water ingress?

I need a fat person to lean on my boot. It's still slightly popped out from Minis Vs Beetles Failing that I'll put a new seal on aswell. Ryan
