EASY?! ha! only taken you hmmmmmm weeks upon weeks! haha looks to be making good progress chaps! allthough im confused as to why you grinded the ball joints off instead of just buying the tool you need as now your going to need a full new set of ball joints?! anyway good to see progress and keep us updated

Dont suppose you have an inner wing handy david? just the inner wing for the passeger side is abit nobbly bobbly?
oh and front indicator lenses in they are in good nick we had to cut the old ones off =[

uhhh v nice coming along now can't w8 till it's done David x. gonna be a while yet, not putting anthing old on,, but we need the scuttles welding 1st and the a panels. ooof ages away lol whats every1 think of my spraying ?? rather good id say =] specially when ed saw the 1st panel i did and though it was professional, i was happy with that =] x

ben! do you still have those Designer seats? the lass who bought the designer said she would take them off your hands if you still had am, she sent me an email asking if she could come and get them, as i mentioned to her that you had some when she bought the car.

I have some std mini inner wings but not clubman ones. You may have to inlet bits of metal. I think BMH do them but they will be over £100

The flitch. It is common to rot there because the metal has lots of holes to start with, so the panel is already weak. Plus anything in the wheel well will suffer. The clubman bit is different here but I have seen repair panels for this section. Just had a quick look at BMH, Hadrian, Minispares but no luck yet.

Moss do them but I can't find a price and ditto Somerford. The profile is different for the Clubman and the holes are bigger. See below. The inner wing panel I have just has the big hole for the rad fan. Plus I butchered it trying to adapt it for my project van. David Equinox

lol thaks david ill have to do the best with what i can i might pop to bates to see what he suggests, rest of the front pannel is rubbed down and primered now so ill get some pics up of that

Unless you're going for complete originality Ben, I'd go for the one with a round hole in. That way you can also fit the electric fan under the wing.
